Mongolia Mining is jointly organized by Minex Mongolia LLC, a mining networking and consultancy company, and Expo Mongolia LLC, an event management organization. It is supported by the Ministry of Mining and Heavy Industry, the Mineral Resources and Petroleum Authority of Mongolia, and the National Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Mongolia.

Throughout the annual Mongolia Mining exhibition, there are seminars on mining sector policies, presentations on the sales strategies of major mining companies, introductions to investment opportunities, exhibitions by participating and sponsoring companies, technical demonstrations of mining equipment, operator skill competitions, mining training sessions, and signing ceremonies for contracts between mining companies and suppliers. The exhibition also facilitates networking, product promotion, and the exchange of expertise through special orders placed by participating companies.
